"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a Dell 2007FP monitor and they shipped me a 2001fp because they "didn't have anymore in stock" but their website said it was. They didn't even bother to call and ask if that was ok. Huge RIP OFF and poor communication."

"Also know as Access Interactive LLC. Poor communication. No response to the emails when asked for order tracking number. Charged card and shipped order a week later. Don't buy from them."
