"This is not a legit company. Seems like some guy named Jason working in his parents basement in Pennsylvania, or at least that the impression. I tried to purchase several items online for Christmas. They took my order, took my money, and then nothing. Nothing shipped, no response still. No one answers the phone, no one responds to email, no one replies at all. Thankfully BUDK, a real company, saved Christmas with expedited last minute shipping on the same items. Do not buy anything from Swords.net. They are rated "F" on the BBB for good reason. "

"Do not buy from. I have been waiting since May. I told them to cancel the order in July and they could not refund money to paypal because it's been 60 day's. After numerous emails I'm getting the same BS response. Save your money and shop elsewhere. This place is a joke. Highly disappointed.

"Interesting store that sells low priced product. Product quality seems to be fine, however, when I ordered 4 practice wood swords and recived only 2 no one could really help me. I submitted a ticket to fix that problem, but have not heard anything back from the company. They told me that there is no way for them to know what they sent me.
Update: It looks like ther are actions that they are taking, communication back to the customer is an issue. I feel better now that they told me that issue is being addressed."
