"One of my friend suggest me this store while i visit this store i check the products thoroughly, no doubt shipping service is nice but not much better as quality then i got a store swordskingdom where i place order. The quality of product of swordskingdom is really really awesome but shipping days are 10 days. I can compromise with slow shipping but cannot compromise with quality. So finally my first choice is swordskingdom.com then other."

"Swordseller.com is a great and informative website all about swords. I was very pleased to have found this website. I am not sure what the bad reviews are about, as the website does not even sell swords. Must be bogus, or the site is under new ownership. Resellerratings, have you checked into this?"

"Well I made an order on Jan. 29, 2007, payed by credit card and as of April 17,2007 still haven't received my order or my money back. Have sent numerous emails to the store owner and haven't received any response. I would not recommend this company to anyone. "

"Extremely Displeased: I placed 2 seperate orders with this store, to go to 2 different locations, i ensured all information was correct, and i was charged 2 seperate shipping fees - both orders ended up at 1 location, and i was then forced to pay a brokerage fee because it came through UPS. (so i've now paid over $150 to ship, and have to pay more to ensure the 1 order gets to the correct location) the one order was supposed to come with a stand, and it didn't. I have sent an email to the store owner asking him to rectify the situation, I have not recieved a response (Sent it on the 15th of december, it is now the 22nd and I have still not heard anything) extremely poor service - the quality of the items is great, but with the issues i've had dealing with them and the mistakes that have been made, i will not buy from them again unless I hear back from the store owner and they go to great lengths to make me happy. I will update the review if this does occur."
