"Same as everyone else. Ordered two swimsuits. Only one came. I refused order and returned the one that came. Wanted them both or a refund. Called the company many times. Sent emails...no suits and no refund. Absolutely avoid this company."
"The WORST company I have ever ordered from. I ordered the suit on 8/2/14, they removed funds the next day. It is now 8/15 and NO Swimsuit. Every time I call, they can't give me any answers. I was told 5 days ago it was coming USPS and they had up to 2 weeks to send it, I call today and now it's coming UPS ?!? I am convinced these suits are coming from out of the US and this co. simply plays the middle man and they do a horrible job at it. Save your $$."
"I agree with the posters below...do NOT order from this company. The first time I ordered from them, they contacted me WEEKS later to request more money, because they evidently set up the coupon code incorrectly in their system. Of course I did not give them more money, because I felt they should've honor what they quoted me for. But in the end, they refunded me. OK, a few months later, I give them a second chance because they were having an unbelievable sale. Unfortunatley, it has been way past the advertised processing and shipping time, and I have yet to receive an official status update (I paid for rush shipping!). This company does not live up to what they promise/advertise and have horrible customer service. If you look them up on the BBB website, you will see that they have an F with bunch of similar delievery complaints. I wish I was aware of this before placing my second order. Lesson learned: do your research. I do not expect to ever receive my items from them."
"Do NOT order from this company. Sure they have nice looking swimsuits and wonderful promo codes but I doubt you will ever get them! I had to file with the Better Business Bureau after waiting weeks and weeks for them to contact me about where my order was. Finally after 2 phone calls and 3 emails I received a phone call telling me my order was out of stock and they couldn't honor it. 3 weeks it took for someone to tell me that! It is on the customer to contact them and they take their time getting back to you. I will NEVER order from them again and I am still waiting on my refund."
"Called me today for an error on their part over a coupon code. I refused to budge since it was their error. They did not make good on the order and took over a week to even contact me. Not trustful. Avoid."
