"Company is a total scam. Takes orders but does not fill them. No notifications about status. Phone #s are not in use. Did two seperate orders,and so far they only refunded one of them.Plays ignorant about the other order. Just told them I would complain to the BBB and my Creditcard Company. Lets see what happends..."

"I placed an order with SweetSaurus on 11/28 and my order status is still Awaiting Fulfillment. My credit card has been charged. They have not responded to several e-mails that I have sent. Their phone number rings and then goes straight to a busy signal. Have they gone out of business but continue to allow orders to be placed on their website? Very disappointed.

"I ordered one bottle of monin syrup on October 9th , fully expecting it to arrive by Halloween. It is now November 7th, and I still have not received my order. I have tried to reach the company by email and by phone but have not received a response either way...very upsetting"

"Here's the PRO: Great selection of product at what I found to be good prices, and when bought during a free shipping promotion, turned out to be an excellent deal.

Here's the CON: Lousy customer service and process accuracy. Ordered two bottles of Monin syrup and a $4 Monin pump; received the syrup perfectly on time the Tuesday before my event, but the pump was missing. Immediately sent an email advising of the problem, but no response over the next two days. Called to talk to a human on Thursday; said they would send the pump out that day for overnight delivery to arrive in time for my event. Did not ship it overnight, but instead shipped it ground, arriving the Tuesday after my event. In my opinion they failed three separate times: (1) when the shipped the order with the missing item, (2) when they failed to respond to my initial notification of the problem, and (3) when they promised overnight delivery for the missing item but shipped it to arrive late instead.
