"Ordered these sweatshirts on the impression that they were all in stock. Received incomplete order from 2 different locations, with a third box being delayed to complete the order. Paid $20 shipping which was more than most for regular shipping. When I received order they sent a different style in one size, because they "did not have the correct ones in stock." This site is misleading because they don't actually have any store, they are simply computer jockeys buying and selling with no control over the customer service, no email on date of delivery, no tracking. This has put me out on my order for my customer. BEWARE and stay clear, unless you like random incomplete orders. As for customer service, all they offered was to take back order and refund, this does nothing to help my timeline for my business. I would have rather been informed of stock so I could have made a better choice and delivered to my customer on time."
