"Horrible! BEWARE! I went to purchase a phone on Swappa from a seller named pdx cellular. They took my money from my card then said they don’t accept my payment method . I reported the issue to swappa. They gave me a hard time saying I couldn’t show them my emails from card but i have to show them proof by logging in my account. They said the payment is pending and it’ll come back on my card in a few days. Its been a week and they still haven’t released my money. Swappa or the seller doesn’t list phone numbers to contact either on of them. You can only reach Swappa threw email. I can prove all of this threw the emails back in forth between me and Swappa. DONT USE THIS SITE!"
"Wanted to try Swappa 2-3 yrs ago as a side-hustle or something secure, safe and dependable to buy and sell high-end electronics. Now I’m hooked to it ( expensive hustle). Have its ups and downs but pros/benefit's outweigh the cons in all aspects. Don’t expect “spoon feeding” after a few, but that the whole idea.. do safe and secure transactions independently and they are there to assist if and when needed."
