"I ordered two pair of tall man sweats and it took about 5 weeks to receive them. I got an order notification when I purchased and a shipping notification when they shipped. They did not charge my credit card until they shipped. Other than the pockets being small I am satisfied with the quality. The fit is great and I am 6'7". If you order from them don't bother to try and contact them regarding status. "
"Impossible to return. Phone number on website does not work. Answering machine is a generic machine does not say the company name. I sent two emails trying to return my item before getting a response a week later. They did not give me enough info responsefor the return and now have sent 3 more emails over the past few weeks trying to get the rest of the info but have not gotten anything back.
The pants I got we're supposed to have pockets but the pockets that it has couldn't even fit a normal sized phone. They also we're smaller than the sight lead me to believe"

"I wish I would have looked up this company BEFORE I ordered a custom made pair of sweat pants. I ordered them on Jan. 19 (it's now Feb. 23) and have emailed and called several time in the past couple weeks and have gotten no response. I even replied to the email I received from them confirming my order and that email came back saying there was no such email. I am going to try to call my bank to get that money back, but I think it's too late. Will NEVER order from them again, of course!!!
UPDATE:
This morning I received a shipment notification from them saying my order has been shipped. Very surprised to have gotten that and I hadn't contacted my bank yet. So, we'll see if I actually receive what I ordered!"
"I placed an order on 12/20/17 for custom made sweatpants for my boyfriend, who’s 6’4. It is now 1/18/18, and I have not received an update on my order OR the order itself. The only message I’ve received is basically telling me that they’re still processing my order. They sent me that update on 1/11/18. I just left a VM and message telling them I need my sweatpants by 1/26/18, just trying to give them a bit more time. But after seeing these reviews, I’m just going to call my bank because the quality doesn’t seem to be worth the wait at all, and I think this may be a scam. "
"I placed an order about a month ago and still have not received anything. I sent an email requesting the status a couple of weeks ago and never received a response. I called numerous times and no one ever answered. The only time I received a response was when I threatened to contact the better business bureau. They told me my order would be shipped on Monday. Its now Thursday and nothing. I keep checking my order # tracking information and nothing has been shipped. I emailed and called again yesterday and still have not received any response. This place is a joke - do not believe the ONE good review they have. Stay far away from this place – I’m pretty sure I was just scammed out of my money. You would have better luck making your own extra-long sweatpants."
"I ordered two pairs for a Christmas gift. He is 6'5" and weighs 180lbs. He loved them!! Quality is excellent. They came exactly when the website said they would. After ordering the sweats I looked at reviews and was very disheartened but the reviews were wrong. Great company and great company! I would happily order again!!"
"Worst company ever. Sent 3 emails with no response. Returned product no refund. When I ordered product than realized after I hit complete order that the product I ordered was the wrong one. I emailed them immediately since there is NO PHONE NUMBER and no response. I tried the next day. NO response which I understand it may take a bit. Tried few weeks later NO response. Ordered on 4-10-15. It is now 6-2-15. Guess what! No response and NO REFUND."
"I ordered a pair of sweatpants just to see what the quality was. I received them in good time and represented. The problem was when the hem of one leg came out in the first wash. I sent an email less that three weeks from the purchase date asking for help with a return. I received no response. Subsequently, I went back to their website three times and used the customer service form to get help. After six weeks since the purchase date I still have not received a response.
I am disappointed in their customer service and, although the product was good quality (except the hem that failed) and I would have ordered more, I will not buy from them again"

"On 09AUG2014 I placed an order for two pair of shorts to be received in 4-6 days. Today is 03SEP2014 and despite emails inquiring about the status of my order I have not received even a reply to my emails. My problem seems to be similar to the reviews previously posted. Good news is that I regularly check my cc purchases and they have not processed the amount to my credit card. This lack of communication will keep me from purchasing from Swami Sportsware again. My advice....purchase somewhere else."
