"What a disappointment this retailer turned out to be. I'm into arts and crafts so I've signed up for many email lists looking for bargains on arts and crafts supplies. On December 30, 2009, I responded to an email advertisement from 'Suze Weinberg Design Studio' and ending up placing an order. My order was for five bottles of 'Zip Dry Paper Glue', two 'Dot n Go Glue Dots' (Orange pkg-craft size dots) and two 'Dot n Go Glue Dots' (Green pkg-mini size dots). Over a week later, on January 7, 2010 I received an email indicating that my order was not going to be filled because they were out of the 'Zip Dry Paper Glue' and the 'Dot n Go Glue Dots (Green)'. They offered to send me the two 'Dot n Go Glue Dots (Orange)' that they still had in stock but did not mention making any adjustments to the shipping fee so it appears that they wanted me to pay $7.00 shipping for a $5.00 order--I think not!

They asked if I'd like a partial refund or a full refund. Of course I asked them to refund my entire payment. That was yesterday and as of yet there is not a refund posted to my Paypal account. When the full refund is made, I will come back and update this review.

Within a couple of days of writing this review, my full refund was completed. There was no apology made for wasting my time.

BOTTOM LINE (SIC) Is that I will NEVER spend another penny at Suze Weinberg's site nor will I ever spend another penny nor recommend SUZE WEINBERG' OVERPRICED, MOSTLY POORLY MADE product line--they're not worth the hassle nor the frustration when I've found Suze Weinberg's products to not perform as promised at least FOURTY PERCENT of the time.

I can understand that things happen but to wait a week before even telling me (that Suze Weinberg Design Studio's inventory tracking software is no good) that 'Suze Weinberg Design Studio' will not be fulfilling my order is really very shoddy. The fact that the email from 'Suze Weinberg Design Studio' did not even contain and apology is what really turns me of to 'Suze Weinberg Design Studio'. I will never refer anyone else to their products or their site and I will be putting my seven 'Suze Weinberg Melting Pots' up for sale on an auction site, cheap!
