"Ordered what was listed as a new NVR. I received an open-box item with no documentation and found the item had already been registered to another user/admin account. As a result, I am unable to use this device at all. Surveillance-video.com is completely unavailable. The link on their website to request an RMA does not work at all. Calling the toll-free number on their website results in a lengthy time spent on hold and then sent to voicemail. Call is never returned despite leaving numerous voicemails. Also emailed the website directly but have not received any response. All I want is a refund but this company makes itself completely unavailable."

I received it and set it up and the stupid thing wouldn't focus.
I asked for a refund, but they said they could only repair it.
I sent it back, and didn't hear anything for months.

FYI - addressing Surveillance-Video personnel: It's not my issue that you are doing business like it's 1940, so don't give me attitude when I am surprised it's taking more than 2 weeks to get my project out of "processing" status....and now it's been 13 BUSINESS days (so you're even behind your own 1940's shipping schedule. The Big Island of Hawaii can get products faster than 13 BUSINESS days. "
