"Bought a 4 channels CCTV system from them. The shipment arrived within a week via UPS ground. Lighntning fast shipping. I set it up around my house for monitoring the backyard and front door, and the quality is pretty good. When night vision mode kicks in, I can still recognize the face of the person standing in front of my front door. At first I was having a hard time to access my unit remotely. Their technical support guy was very helpful and informative, he helped me with setting up this function, as well as some settings about DDNS and my router. The system's been up and running for 3 month+, and I've gotten no problem at all. Great product and great store, very satisfied with the purchase."
