"I was skeptical about ordering from a site I have never used before. I have yet to get my order and its not starting out to look like a good experience. Site clearly says USA customers will receive their order in 3-5. After waiting 4 days after my order and still no tracking email, I contacted the company. I was told the processing time is currently 4-7 days! It says most orders ship within 48 hours after payment. SO now I can expect 4-7days processing plus another 3-5 for delivery? MAYBE YOUR WEBSITE NEEDS TO SAY THAT SOMEWHERE!!! Really tempted to cancel my order, get my money back, and order it from a company that can get me my product in a timely fashion.
*UPDATE*
Monday, 1 week after purchase, still no tracking number or any progress past processing when checking order on site. Finally spoke to someone after calling numerous times. Person claimed it was sent out 3 days ago and something about having a problem with sending tracking numbers from a gmail to a yahoo mail. Just got the tracking number now. With the exception of some communication issues, seems to be a reliable site so far. Awaiting delivery."

I had a very nice experience with this company surprisinggift.com I love my AT&T Cell phone watch gadget. I also told AT&T to buy them too. It is the most coolest Dick Tracy watch ever and I was the first to have one in Virginia Beach, VA. I think they had excellent response time and also DHL the delivery was very fast considering they are so far away in China.

"Received item in adequate time considering it came from China. But item I received was not the one I ordered, I was told the model I received A808 is the same as the one I ordered C100. What that means is that whoever bought the A808 just got ripped for an extra $40 bucks more since the C100 is $122. The BT headset that came with it did not pair with the watch, sent it to some guy in VA and never heard from him again. Package does not come with English manual so I hope you're good at Googling."
