"The 480 volt Crydom solid state switches I received (5) had obviously been subjected to a lot of water exposure. The ad said that these parts were "100% tested", but I can only guess what kind of a test they ran because 3 of the parts weren't even close to "normal" parts. One only conducted half wave, one had a very erratic trigger voltage, and one required 10 times as much control current as the maximum specification to get it to conduct. There is no way I would trust the other 2 parts in a 480 VAC circuit. They have never answered any of my e-mails and I had to eat a 15% restocking fee on the 2 parts that did have some functionality. I haven't gotten my refund yet and I expect a hassle over that. I don't know about you, but I will never even think about dealing with them again.

They do have some interesting items; but seem a little overpriced for a "surplus" store.
They don't really provide any online services so buyer beware if you want to be able to track your order after submitting it.
I've done 2 transactions with them; there shipping was acceptable and sufficently fast enough. Just don't expect a lot of contact with them."
