"I called in and spoke with customer service and told them the model of my scanner and which product i needed. They placed my order. I received the merchandise and opened the box and tried to instal who told me I was given the wrong part. I was then told then to mail it back to them and they would replace it. Which I did and they told me the box was torn so they would not except it. I was not planning on returning the item so of course of the box was torn removing the item. They would not work with me at all. Better go elsewhere not worth the risk. "

I said: I ordered the extended life pcga-bp12 a 3100mAh battery, you shipped me the regular 1550mAh pcga-bp11 and it is stamped with PN pcga-bp11.
SupplyNetCustService: pcga-bp11 is what Sony is sending us for pcga-bp12 and we had to special order that. Its all we can get.
I said: I have 3 of the pcga-bp11 and I don't want another one, especially at this price. I want the 3100mAh pcga-bp12.
SupplyNetCustService: We cannot get that (although Impact Computers of Miami has it on the net-Garys note) I will have to submit this to management for review. They will call you.

"Bought ipaq adapter to use 36xx accessories with 54xx series ipaq.
It didn't work. They want me to pay return shipping so they can "test" it. If their test on a different PDA and accesory works, I get to pay a restocking fee to boot.
