"The worst customer service and kind of dishonest. I wanted to return my order as per their rules. However, they were not responding to my emails. I returned the item anyway. After months of sending emails, they finally replied and told me returns are only eligible for online store credits. It was never written on their return policy. So I ordered something to redeem the "online store credit". This time, they sent me an item which I didn't order. I emailed them again (almost a month ago). But no reply!!!

It's best you avoid them for your own good."
