"I ordered from Supermediastore and have a copy of what I ordered. Nevertheless they sent the wrong cartridges. When I called in that I received the wrong cartridges the person from customer service would not allow me to exchange them against the correct ones without paying a restocking fee. My argument that it was their fault that they sent the wrong cartridges and I would send back unopened and sealed cartridges back against them sending the correct ones - why would I have to pay a restocking fee? Well, it went very unpleasant from there and she would hang up on me. I finally sent in the wrong cartridges at my expense and got a refund after they deducted a restocking fee. Now they lost a customer and I ordered at a different company - and that went very smoothly without any problems!"

"They sent out bad ink not a single cartridge worked then to rub salt in the wound they said they would give me a refund if I simply shipped the ink back and they would pay for the shipping, here, all you have to do is print this form and send it back. I CAN'T PRINT!!!!!! That is why I was buying ink. I bet they do that a lot, sit back and laugh knowing the people will never send it back and they won't have to refund anything. To this day I still have a bunch of crappy ink that can't be used and no way to return them. It's Shameful! Almost a year later and I still can't print."

"I wanted 100 white DVD cases for Wii games and 50 black DVD cases for DVDs. The white ones were fine. The black ones were 1/3 the width of a DVD case. I did not know cases came in different widths. For people like me, they need to scream that in the content to the customers. So, now I have an education on DVD widths - 14mm, 8mm, and 4mm. Four is what I bought - completely useless for my needs."
