AT THE DELIVERY PARCEL, THEY LITERALLY SAID "NONE".
AVOID THEM AT ALL COST AND IF YOU CAN, REPORT THEM ON EVERY FORUM.
THEY ARE JUST SOME SCAMMERS, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
HOPE PAYPAL REFUNDS ME SOON."
"Worst customer service ever. It was suppose to be 3 items, but one arrived. Processed a return, then they approved it, we requested, via email why a prepaid postage was not sent. They said error and the postage would be refunded when it arrived. Forwarded them a copy of the receipt from Canada Post. Then received another email that we were told this in error, no refund for the postage. How can Amazon continue to allow them to sell on their site."

I bought an item that was clearly described as being Levi's and when I received it it was the cheapest denim fabric that you would find at the 99 cent store. "Ordered through Amazon what was clearly described as a 12 pack. Received one item which would have made it 400% more than the average price. They claimed employee error. However, even the shipping weight was listed at over 29 pounds. The one item weighed alone only weighed less than 30 ounces. Sure doesn't seem like "employee error" to me."

"I hate to even give them one star. I ordered a pack of 10 pieces, received one piece, and it wasnt even one of the 10 pieces i was suppose to get. I have tried several times to get things straightened out. They have my credit card number and I am starting to believe what I read about them selling my card number. I have had to change account numbers because of fraud charges and no one at that company will say anything expect "Thanks" to every question I ask. Do yourself a favor and dont mess with this company. Pay the few extra cents, its not worth it.

"I placed this order on 10/08/15 waited until 11/04/15 after not receiving dvd,s asked for a refund if they could not supply dvd,s even though their site was showing stock sent another email as I am still waiting for a refund I was sent another email yesterday stating that refund had been approved on 11/04/15 but still do not have my refund as they said That the refund was approved nearly 10 days ago.I really wanted this dvd. I had ordered 2 but after checking their site again It Showed 1 in stock so silly me placed An order for 1 on 11/04/15 thinking that I would at least get 1 them & guess What after looking up my account It shows dvd still has not even been sent not very good service I will wait and see if dvd arrives I do not think that they should be able to take your money unless they send the item will be going through amazon next time & pay the extra postage"

Do not buy double heart clear stickers from the Supermart . I purchased these stickers and they were beyond the 45 days return date when I discovered the second sheet (2 sheets in a pack) of stickers, the stickers would not come off. I even tried an exacto blade to remove them and they would not come off! I asked Supermart to offer a solution and their answer: "I do apologize, unfortunately your order is well past the 45 day return policy." That is not a customer service oriented company solution.. All I can conclude is their stuff must be old! BTW I found them today on another site for almost half their price $1.99 and the stickers come off effortlessly!

"AVOID THIS SELLER!! I ordered a product, the order was confirmed, then the day of shipping, they cancelled the order because they were changing the price and refused to honor my order at the price advertised. I ordered through Amazon, and Amazon instructed me to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which I did. Still no resolution. The company came straight out and said they would not honor the order and the price. They first claimed they were out of stock, then they claimed that they made a pricing mistake and had changed the pricing on the site (which they hadn't, everything was still prices as when I ordered), then they claimed that Amazon made a pricing mistake. This is also untrue, because Amazon stated that the seller is responsible for posting all prices. So, they are liars and dishonest!!! DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!"
"STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
The biggest catch of this site is the low price products. Everything else is just phoney. I did business with them twice and m thoroughly disappointed. I would never shop on this site again. I placed an order of $193 and m regretting it coz its been 25 days and I haven't received my products. Moreover they don't provide shipping information at all. Even right now m so blind about shipping information, all I know is they shipped via DHL and that too after I asked. Not a good experience at all."
"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I paid for expedited shipping on some craft items from this website and am still waiting a week later for them to even be shipped. I called today, and they couldn't tell me why it hadn't shipped yet. And they refused to refund even the cost of the expedited shipping. The website advertises just how fast their shipping is. Ridiculous! I can see this as being a total scam."
