Purchased 3 packets of baby organixs crisps. To find chew holes in 2 out of 3 packets. And rodent droppings in base of superdrug carrier bag. Contacted them via phone number on receipt, number not live. Emailed them and I am still awaiting a reply. And finally Facebook messaged them. I got a reply on 28.5.19 almost two weeks later. To be told they have refunded £2 worth of points back onto my points card. I contacted local authority for health and safety department , they visited store and confirmed rodent activity. I am awaiting an update from local authority regarding how this will be resolved as it's disgusting.
Will never shop there again."
