"I have been using them for years for CIS systems and ink for multiple printers. Never a problem. I am mechanically and technically sophisticated enough to install the systems and label the inks so I no longer refill when they are out of date. Sloppiness with a cis system is a disaster.

Dealt with customer service a couple of times with tech issues, superlative.

"Installed the continuous ink system and after 3 months of trying everything I can think of and speaking with Jason (from supertobuy)5 times, I/we can not get the thing work correctly. Sucks! And what a messy job! Only the black works right. Last call to Jason, he said that my brand new printer is the problem! And that I must need a new printer head!!! Best thing he would offer me is a 10% off another CIS system???? What, he just said it was my printer that was not working!!!
UPDATE... I gave up and bought another CIS system from inkproducts.com and it took only 2 minutes to install and worked perfectly. Still works perfectly after over 200 prints.

"I LOVE these sellers... I have the CIS system for Epson Artisan 50 and suddenly it stopped recognizing one of the cartridges. I called customer service and spoke to JASON he was very helpful explained the steps to rectify the error. I tried the fix he suggested and it still wouldn't recognize the black cartridge. I called back and he went thru it again step by step with me while I was on the phone and it is now 100% functioning. I learned how to correct the error if it happens again. I recommend this system higher than 100% all round. It is saving me a lot of $.

"I have made two purchases from this company. The first was a set of six refillable cartridges (filled) for my Epson Stylus Photo R200 printer. This purchase was for a set of six syringes and six bottles of ink to refill those cartridges.

I have been very pleased with both purchases. The order was handled in a timely manner and shipping was fast; via USPS flat-rate package in my case and well packaged at that.

Every thing I have purchased from them has been exactly as described. My emailed questions about specific products were responded to by the next business day if not sooner. I have not needed to ask for customer support as everything has worked flawlessly. I have recommended them to others for printer inks and cartridges and I would do so again. I had a very positive experience.

"Took several weeks to receive due to shipment screw-up. Item was broken and leaking when received. Contacted company via email and was asked to send picture of damage, which I did. After not receiving a reply I contacted them via phone. I was told that replacement had been shipped. After not receiving, I contacted three more times via phone, was given a shipment date (obvious a lie). When I asked for a confirmation #, I was told it had been shipped without confirmation. After several weeks, I gave up; cut my losses and bought a repair kit from a competitor. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY"

"Poor experience. I like the ink quality, they shipped the CIS (3 of them) fast, but after almost 2 months of use my printers stopped recognizing the chips. The chips got burnt or something, because I have three of the same printers and none of them is able to recognize two of the CIS. They sent me replacement chips but they were burnt too, and pre-used (all scratched up). After that they ignored my phone calls and emails until I had to hide my number so they'd pick up. Not nice people and now they want me to return all 3 CIS for a refund instead of providing me with a working solution. I lose $45 if I send the 3 CIS back. They have no regard for my time and the fact that they are putting my business on hold. Next step is to report them to BBB."

"Continuous Ink Supply System

My ink system stopped working and after addressing this issue with the company they said they would send me new chips for the system. 9 days after ordering these chips and not receiving them I wrote and asked what the issue was, I was told they would be sent our immediately. A week later, same story. Another week later, I was asked for my order information and address for them to send them… I had already given all this information MORE THAN ONCE! It took over 2 months for me to get these chips in the mail, once I received them I found out they fall right out of the housing they are in whenever you move them and once I got them into the cartridge the printer still did not recognize them. I wrote asking to return these chips because they were obviously not built correctly, this is the quote directly from the email I got in return:
"I think the problem that because the chips were not fix up so well so the chips can not be recognized so well. if the chips always falls out please use Double Faced Adhesive Tape to fix up it. Sometimes because of the chips not fasten so well that the cartridge can not be recognized. "
I'm not sure about any company that tells you to 'fix up' their defective product with double sided tape!! They are obviously aware of this problem, considering they knew exactly what I meant when I attempted to explain the issue with the chips falling out of their housing. This 'fix up' has been the ONLY response to my email's wishing to return these crappy chips! This company is a joke, they sell lousy products that are only half-built and fall apart with the slightest movement, they offer no REAL resolution and once you write in about a problem they immediately start writing in jibberish. Now they will not write back at all sice I asked for a refund.
