"DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT purchase anything from them. Kevin is a fraud and a liar. Ordered 10 Yeti tumblers for $200 3 weeks ago and haven't received anything but fake tracking information. Buyer Beware

"Ordered the Yeti Tumbler and received an email that it shipped but it appears it never even left the facility. I have tried calling and email numerous times for a refund. No response at all. This site is a scam!! Shut be shut down. Pay the extra money for a guaranteed product. Ridiculous!! "

Beware !!! Fraud Seller

"I ordered iphone Lightning cable which never got shipped. I was lucky to get refund from PayPal. I called the seller multiple times and even email but no response ever. I wish I have a read reviews about the seller before ordering. Never order anything from this scam seller."

"Do NOT order from this company...I wish I would have looked up the reviews on this company before I had placed my order. I placed my order on 6/17 for an iPad wall charger and it is now 7/3 and I still have not received it but yet the company took my money on 6/17. Place a call and have not received a call back yet...Please buyers beware! Pick another reputable company because this one is a ripoff!

I would give this zero stars if I could

"I ordered a charging block and 5 6' charging cords...usps tracking says that it left Staten Island on 5/12/17 but when I put in an inquiry with usps they said it was never scanned by usps office but as shipping firm had been generated by the company. I have emailed and called the company no less than 3 times on the phone and twice via email....no response. I'm going to disputed the charge on my paypal. Glad I didn't use a credit card! "

Extremely poor customer service and company

""I ordered a 10ft charging cord for my iPhone and it did not work at all. It does not charge the phones, or iPad at all. I tried the shorter charging cords that came with the phones and iPad, and they all worked instantly and perfectly. The owner Kevin emailed me back and informed me to try to clean the power ports on the phones/iPad with a toothpick, as well as insulted me with suggestions that I don't "yank" the cord out, or let them bend while charging. I requested he pay for shipping, or reimburse my shipping costs to return this shoddy, defective product and received no reply. So, I returned it at my own expense. This product was received via my tracking number, and I have yet to be refunded for my purchase. I have called this company as well as emailed regarding my request for full refund, and have received no returned response to my request. I even informed the owner, Kevin, that I was going to leave a bad review as well as turn them into the Better Business Bureau and received no response back. Never have I experienced such terrible customer service as well as shoddy merchandise from a retailer. This company doesn't seem to be standing behind their return policy at all. Buyer Beware: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, EVER! YOU WILL GET NOTHING BUT A HUSTLE TRYING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK WHEN YOUR PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE. "

Buyer Beware - Dishonest company!

"To be honest, I have never written a negative product review before. Guess there is a first time for everything. I recommend everyone think twice about purchasing from this company! I ordered a laser pointer from this company and when I gave it to my son for Christmas, the tube of the pointer/pen would not stay closed once batteries were installed. I contacted the company and told them about the defect. I told the company that I would be returning my product (as noted in their return policy) for a full refund. I never got a refund! This company does not stand behind their products or their own policies. Find another company to purchase your items - even at an additional cost, as in the long run it'll save you money and frustration!"

"I think they are fraudulent. I just ordered some iPhone charger and wanted to check my Account but was unable. I emailed them but did not receive any reply. I had to call my bank to cancel out the order because it was still a pending transaction. I would advise anyone that is planning to order anything on this site not to."

STAY AWAY FROM SUPERGOODDEALS>COM

"I ordered a 10 foot charging cable for a Motorola Droid Mini on 10/14/16.

On 10/17/16 I received a notice that my package had been “accepted/picked up” at Staten Island New York.

On 10/25/16, I emailed USPS to find out why my package, according to their tracking site, was still sitting in Staten Island.

The USPS informed me that the scan was a system generated scan created by the mailer and that the package was never presented to the USPS.

I emailed supergooddeals.com and informed them that USPS never received the package and that it was still at their facility.

A few minutes later I got a reply from “Kevin”, stating that he was sorry the USPS was so slow.

I immediately emailed Kevin back, Stating “ Don’t try to snow me. As you can see by the reply from USPS, the package was never sent. I expect immediate action.”

Amazingly, about an hour later, I checked the tracking number at USPS and the package was in route.

Today 10/27/16, I received the package only to find out that they sent the wrong charging cable.
Rather than having more hassle with supergooddeals.com, I gave this cable to my grandson.

If you really want something, buy it ANYWHERE BUT SUPERGOODDEALS.COM

Yeti tumblers

"I bought 2 silvertumblers in December and was charged that day it was sent out 16 days later and wronge color pay pal wanted me to send back at my expense to get refund that would make me with a loss aren't u suppose to be made whole?? Also was xmas gifts and arrived early January! Let's just say I have 2 cups that I kept not worth sending back poor customer service! Don't bother with this company!"

"Did a return of electric toothbrush as a return to sender . Supergooddeals said they never recieved it and to give them a tracking number. I said I didn't have a tracking number. I never got my refund."
