"I ordered an album by GEORGE MCCRAE ( this is not a review of the album .. George can sing !) in a format called Auro-3D.. which is put on an audio only blu-ray.... Auro 3D is a format kind of like dolby surround sound but, far greater . It puts you in the middle , an immersive sound.. it requires a minimum of 9 speakers which this blu-ray is in 9.1 ( the .1 is the subwoofer )..this is normally for movies and has 3 layers of sound .. the bottom layer has another layer of speakers directly above them and then a third layer ,which would be for say an airplane .. watching the movie you would literally here the plane take off and then "fly above you " so that is Auro-3D.. it is not as popular in the united states as Dolby Atmos or DtsX.. mostly because of cost and needing high ceilings.. anyway back to my point.. there is more content available in audio only than video in the USA and it mostly jazz or classical.. so when I watched a demo blu-ray which had several samples of Auro-3D.. movies , music and then examples of speaker layouts.. well it certainly takes movies and music to another level !.. one of the many samples of Auro-3D audio was the fabulous George MCCRAE'S ( the track was "OOH BABY BABY " ).. after watching the demo.. I searched the internet for movies and music in Auro-3D.. I could only find music ,all movies were from Europe and Asia and most was regional with shipping taking a few months and costing as much as the movie but, luckily I have a blu-ray player capable of playing most regions , so I'm just waiting for the movies.. I've already received 7 "High Fidelity Blu-ray Pure audio Auro-3D" disc.. and while looking on amazon I came across the GEORGE MCCRAE 'LOVE' album in Auro-3D.. it clearly shows it in the blu ray case .. so I ordered it.. a few weeks later I get my order and to my disappointment it was just the CD .. not what was described on GreenOrbit ( also know as the SuperDuperclub ) 3rd party page.. before writing a review I notified them of the mistake that was made and I perfectly could understand how.. being it is the same album but , not in the format I ordered..I didn't receive an apology but, "our records show you got exactly what you ordered ".. so I replied back no I did not.. I got a CD ..yes.. but, I didn't order a CD.. I ordered the Blu-ray.. I even sent them a screen shot of their amazon post clearly stating it was a Blu-ray.. and their reply was the exact same as before.. they would not acknowledge any mistake.. so I contacted Amazon who knows what customer service is.. they were able to read all correspondence and agreed I did not get what I ordered.. finally they admitted error on their part and offered a refund , which I must say they offered a refund from the beginning but, still said I got what I ordered..I told them I'll give the CD away and do not want to go through the trouble of sending it back.. it's an economical reason.. my time is worth more than a refund that surely could take months.. but, I just wanted an easy answer.. I wanted to reorder being it was an error so, I could have the format I wanted.. I just wanted an answer to my question which was do you have this in blu-ray Auro-3D.. like it shows on amazon.. ( just go to Amazon and type "pure audio Auro-3D" and you'll see their ad for this album in the format I've mentioned.. well I got no response .. until I pestered them enough.. and then they said they contacted the postal inspector and that I did receive a package on Saturday at 9:01 a.m... I never said I didn't receive something from them.. they were pretty much calling me a liar.. the postal inspector had no idea what I received,only that a package was delivered..so again I have contacted Amazon..and next I will contact the postal inspector so he or she knows the whole story.. I will show them every email.. not one time did I deny receiving a package.. I will show them my order page and what I received.. these people do not care about customer service at all.. I certainly understand why they have an average of 1 star !... Now I'm waiting on my 2nd order...surely they won't make the same error again.. I have almost no confidence that I'll receive what they advertise.. they have no phone service.. now I know why!.. just know if you order from them, that's it.. you'll get something ..but, it may not be what you're expecting..and you will not get a friendly customer representative.. not at all.. I can't wait to go clear my name with the postal service..also beware of Green Orbit if shopping on Amazon.. they are one of the same... They think short term ..take the money and run .. I will contact Amazon and take this to the top..I'll do whatever I have to to get them yanked from Amazon !!.. please don't give them your money.. you will be disappointed..just read the reviews : I'm not alone !!.....UPDATE ON SECOND ORDER ,!!.. ZERO STARS !!. So, let's get the fact that I have myself to blame for giving them a second chance.. since the admitted an "Error with your order *.. I, ordered hoping I'd get the blu-ray edition this time.. I even left a message on my order page.. and all I got was just like the last time ,"we sent you exactly what you ordered ".. they again, did not address me by name..and signed of as Mike ,C.. funny thing is it gave me an arrival date .. which was February 25th by 8 p.m... well 7:45 came and no package..so I checked my status .. which I should of known was an outright LIE because there was no tracking code but, that was the case the first time when they sent me a CD instead of what I ordered.. they don't have a tracking # because they charge for first class shipping but, just send it the cheapest way possible.. it cost them about 80¢ !.. so back to my order status just before the guaranteed 8 p.m. delivery.. as soon as 8 hit.. the order status changed to your order has not shipped yet , we'll let you know when it does and will not be charged until then..LIE !.. they already took the money from my account !.. Well this was it !.. I wanted the album in the format as advertised by them.. enough to give them a second chance and they provave a high Better Business rating.. infact they have had many complaints from customers that never received their order.. I will not let this go !.. these guys are thieves !. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM...READ THE REVIEWS ! .. go to The Better Business web site and you will see !!!!!!... to be continued.. I'm just getting started.. again.. they have 4 employees !.. no way to reach them by phone ! . .they hide behind fake names !!.."

"ordered a desktop computer from them, price was excellent but after a month a several emails from David customer representative stating it was shipped would be there on this day, then a week later and then a week later still have not received the item after a month. The item is being sent 1 state from NY. Furthermore, the company cannot provide a tracking number just that it was sent from a second company USPS. DO NOT order anything from them. If you do, make sure it is by Paypal so you can get a quick refund. "

" Total scam. Paid $24.94 for a mini polishing machine. After several e mails which were answered with "Your order is on its way" I received sanding belts for a polisher I never received. Noticed their website link is now gone . Shocking. Reported the site and tryed to get my money back but was told by my back that I got delivery of the sanding belts I ordered, ( NO I GOT THE SANDING BELTS THAT SHOULD OF CAME WITH THE POLISHING MACHINE BUT NOT WHAT I ORDERED... THE POLISHING MACHINE). Save your money and time, don't get SUPER DUPED by super duper club.

"I had ordered 3 hand held circular saws in early December. Finally in mid January I received 3 packages of saw blades (which were to be included in the price).
Interestingly, the day after ordering, the detailed invoice disappeared that had been sent with my confirmation email.
Presently I am disputing the charges since I have not received what I ordered. Their return emails state I did receive the order.
