"Although the customer support was very good, It has been over a week and my order still hasn't arrived. A day after I ordered, the R4 I was going to get got backordered. The owner e-mailed me that it was backordered and offered me a DS One. Thinking that it really wouldn't be much longer, I declined the offer and went through with my R4 order. Late on Monday, my order, according to the site, says that it is shipped, but I still haven't received my R4, and it is now late Friday. Now I know I should be more patient, but a lot of the people's reviews say that the order arrives within 3 or so days, and that just didn't happen for me. Another thing that kinda irked me is that there is no tracking with the Royal Mail service. Hopefully anyone else who buys from this store has better luck than I, but I still give it around a 7 or so, becuase at least the customer service is very good."
