"Absolutely shocking. Do not order from this company. We ordered stickers for our baby room about a month ago from the UK. Over a month later we received nothing. My husband emailed the company who apologised and promised to resend the item but still three weeks have passed and nothing has turned up! I fear that we have lost our money and that the company has gone bust or closed as we cant get hold of them. Their website isn't working and emails are bouncing back! I am disgusted and our baby room is now left unfinished and it is unlikely that it will be done by the time the baby arrives. Not to mention the money we have lost that we cant afford to lose right now. I will be on the phone to trading standards if I hear nothing by tomorrow."

Received wrong backpack August 20 (shipping time was ok by Int'l first class mail standards US to Canada)
Emailed customer service on August 20
Tammie from Customer service responded on Aug 23 saying I could return it for a refund and that was the last I've heard from them.
I've made multiple attempts to contact them (email and on their website) to get an authorized RMA# to return the backpack and they do not respond.
Thankfully I'm only out $25.88.
Sunset Jungle's return policy is fraudulent!

"Ordered a pair of Disney cars 'curtains' for my son's bedroom and after waiting 12 days they finally arrived and they are not what I expected at all, poor excuse for curtains anyway. Very thin and cheaply made, just a loop of the material at the top to slide over the curtain pole. The only reason I'm not returning them is because nowhere else seems to have the grey ones in stock, and cannot be bothered with the hasstle of returns and refunds...so I will have to improvise myself and turn them into what I would call curtains. This product is not at all worth what I paid £35 with shipping, by the looks of them I'd say they cost no more than £5 to make, less probably (no exaggeration) the 'tie backs' are also made of the cheap thin material and have 2 pathetic plastic hoops attached, again something I will have to improve myself. No idea what their other products are like but judging by my experience probably cheap tat too! Will not be using this site again!!"
