"Do NOT order from these people!!! I ordered a Tilley hat from them because they said it comes with extra colored bands. I included a note saying if the bands are no longer available CANCEL the order. Two weeks, countless phone calls with NO answer and NO call back, several emails with again NO response and my hat comes without the bands. AND I was charged for shipping which they state is free with their Tilley hats. I am afraid to send it back b/c then I will be out my hat AND my money. I will NEVER be so stupid again to order from sunprotectionhats.com"
