"I ordered a pair of boots with this seller because they were the only site that had the size I needed. They shipped me a completely different boot! Not even close to what I ordered. When I called customer service to tell them of the error, he instead of an apology for the error told me that they didn't have the boots I ordered and they were discontinued by the manufacturer. Trying to explain to him that the reason he shows no inventory was because I purchased the last one and that if he got up he would find the correcct item on the shelf. His respone was the same discontinued story. When I asked him why they sent me something different, he told be it was because thats all they had. Bait and switch a $109.00 pair of boots for the pair for $150??
In addition to this debockle, there was no packing slip of any sort or a return label enclosed in the shipment. The boots were shipped with the boot box in a shipping bag so the box was in no great shape to return.
Never buy from these people. Their customer service is the worst!

"I was looking for a good deal on Muck Boots Muckmasters and everywhere I found "a deal", did not have my size. At some point being patient, my search brought up Sunnysports and there they were in my size! And..... at least $10-15 less than everyone that didn't have my size. I'm glad now that the those other online retailers didn't, because it allowed me to find what I wanted in MY SIZE and an even better price AND even more, a military veteran's discount!
