"I just received my order, Genuine Muck Boots, for an exceptional price, but that is not the only reason that I am so positive about this seller. I had placed an order for the boots online after working hours and was having trouble with the military discount.
I dropped an email to customer service explaining that I had completed the order without going through the correct military window. I followed up the next business day with a phone call to customer service explaining the glitch. After giving it a good effort, the rep explained that they were unable to alter to order and give me the discount.
I understood since it was my error and not all merchandise is discounted.
However, I was pleasantly surprised when someone in the company decided to issue a partial refund covering the amount of the military discount. This was my first experience with SunnySports but it will not be my last.
While checking the history of this organization, I did find some negative comments about customer service and I wanted to say that WAS NOT my experience. These guys were great!"
