I'm a repeat customer...think twice before purchasing. Sunlighten has challenges when attempting to solve problems.

"I ordered an mPulse Aspire suana in July 2023, signed the sales/financial agreement, paid a $900 deposit during, waited through multiple shipping delays, received (November 2023) three months after first promised delivery date, and the Suana is not operational.

The delivery was so late the first sales agreement expired. I was then threatened/pressured because I would not sign a new sales agreement until the sauna was operational. There was even an authorized attempt to take payment from American Express.

After delivery Skyler sent a text saying the Sauna would not be delivered until I signed a new sales agreement. I told him it was in my den and not operational because the WiFi connection would not work.

I was simply a returning customer asking to fix the Wi-Fi connection???? Apparently the Sauna will not work without WiFi. Who knew that was such a problem? I have experienced so much anxiety and pain due to their errors.

I figure I did my due diligence, operated in good faith, and was very patient over the 5 months from payment to delivery.

Since then Sunlighten has confirmed the WiFi connection is not operational. I honestly want the Sauna, but due to the pressure and guilt Skyler applied I am not so sure.

The product is great...but the customer relationship and supply chain management leave a lot to be desired.

My Amplify 2

"Kyle was great. No pressure and he picked up when I called. Once I told him what I needed , Amplify 2 was perfect for me. Came like they said in under 2 weeks. I can’t put anything together l, but I did this. The video is great. I got Eucalyptus. Sunlighten has the best wood. Works perfect. If you want the hottest infared that is quality , I recommend this. "

"Although sunlighten is low in EMF the unit emits very high EF. If you purchase a unit and plan to return it good luck with that. LOL Their return policy sounds good until you try to implement it."

Skeptical

"We have had our sunlight Sauna for less the 4 months and I’ve already been on the phone for it not working right multiple times. I did a lot of research before I bought the sauna and ended up with sunlighten because their customer service representative was a really well rounded and convincing me of its benefits. I bought the sauna for heart health benefits. I am recovering from open-heart surgery, so it’s very frustrating to me that my sauna is now not working and sunlight, and cannot send us the part for more than 6+ weeks! This seems unreasonable to me. First our son, I needed some small tweaks. It wasn’t a big deal to fix. Then our sauna started shutting off when we would do the Quickstart almost every time we would turn it on which was frustrating because I’d go to use it and it won’t be warm. Now or Santa won’t get heat to it at all and we need a new power box. I am very frustrated so far with his purchase as I have used it less than 50 times. Sunlighten please prove me wrong!"

Amazing Costumer Service from Alex Cross

"I was referred by a friend who purchased a Sunlighten Infrared Sauna in 2018 and has had excellent results from it. I sent this to my MD who is also does Whole Body Health and they were really impressed with the specs of the mPulse. I decided to get in touch with Sunlighten and Alex Cross became our Infrared Suana Consultant. Alex was very helpful not only in going over the various types of saunas but really taking the time to find out why my family would want the sauna. Alex went over in detail the details and helped us decide on the right sauna and the right size. The fact that Sunlighten is a small business that is designed and manufactured in the USA also was a selling point. We always prefer to purchase from other small business'. I will update our review once we receive the sauna and use it!"

"Website said sauna would come w/ CD player. Came w/ receiver that has bluetooth and USB capability. Cannot close compartment if using Flash Drive (admitted design flaw by company rep). Even with BT, stereo cabinet so cheaply constructed, it will no longer close. Sauna came w/ 2 white lights, 1 didn't work. Asked Sunlighten over 5 times for another white light. They kept sending different colored lights. So sauna has 1 white and 1 blue light. Customer service terrible. Ship of fools."

Can't Use My Sauna Yet

"I really want to love your company. My salesperson, Kyle was very helpful as is Lindsey from Customer Care. However, the bottom line is that I still can't use my sauna. I have power to my unit, but the control panel will not fire up. I found reaching Customer Care frustrating. The published # goes to an extension playing loud, fast beat music. That in itself was anxiety producing, but it was even more stressful because there no voice message identifying if I had reached Customer Care or even Sunlighten. Eventually, after several more phone calls, I was connected to Lindsey and I sense she cares about me. The problem I have is that, even though I am a home builder and read blueprints, complex electrical diagrams are over my head. Just finding time to study these diagrams and unscrew the identified panels has been stressful. I am hoping to have time this weekend to attempt again to follow the directions Lindsey supplied and hopefully this issue can be resolved.

I am not posting a review on line untilI see if I can use my sauna vs. just look at it. I feel that the entire process to report the problem and get resolution fell on my shoulders. I really would have appreciated better communication and certainly a better process than sending complex wiring details. I feel like I am having to jump through hoops for a problem that never should have happened.

I really do want to love my sauna and love Sunlighten. I am thinking good thought that will happen.

"the safety of this sauna is not appropriate it's a fire hazard and found out also the EMF with the wiring is not what it said it was supposed to be and all these endorsements from the people online I don't know how this ever came about but the research in the endorsements don't back up this product at all and I would have never purchased this product and now I have a sauna of that's a fire hazard. so basically it's a snake oil product product. "

Solo pad

"Ordered the solo pad during the Black Friday sale to use during my mold detox. During check-out it said the item was expected to ship in 5-7 days; however, after 7 days I still had not received anything about the item shipping. Reached out to sunlighten and was told the item is actually out-of-stock and not expected to ship for another 2-3 weeks. Disappointed that I was made to believe the item was in-stock when I ordered and that sunlighten didn’t even notify me about the change in shipping time, I had to reach out to them. "
