I ran a UV filter test with a new $20 bill and a UV flashlight. The result was okay-ish. They didn't completely block the UV like the cheap yellow glasses do or my old Ray-Ban and I could still see the security strip a bit."

"I ordered 2 of the same style sunglasses. The first pair broke (the arm joint broke within a few days after wearing them maybe 2-3 times). I contacted Sunglass Warehouse and they sent me another pair (third pair). A week later the second pair suffered the same fate as the first. I didn't even bother contacting Sunglass Warehouse at this point for a replacement, because I already figured that the quality of these glasses were so inferior, they could send me a million pairs and the same defect of the arm falling off would occur. So, I kept wearing the third pair, and as predicted a moth later, the arm fell off. So, three pairs of sunglasses and non survived 2 months. I know these glasses are cheap thus, the super low price, but I expected them to last at least 3-months of a summer season. "
"I received two pair of sunglasses, but one was defective (had a marred area on the frame). I used their contact form on their website and someone got back to me right away--a real person! She apologized and asked what type of sunglasses they were and I told her I was at work and I would have to go home and check the receipt. I responded the next day with the type and she told me she would have a replacement sent out ASAP. Customer service is very important to me as a consumer. Hannah was wonderful. I will use this company again just for that reason. The sunglasses I bought are about what you would expect for cheap sunglasses, so Im satisfied with the quality--so far. "

"I bought 2 pair of sunglasses from Sunglass Warehouse and I wouldn't buy from them again. Their sunglasses are grossly inferior to sunglasses costing even less at most big box stores or drug stores and not worth the price they charge. I too wrote a negative review of their products after a follow up invitation email from them to do so and they did not publish it (what a surprise!). I believe their positive reviews are fabricated by themselves and not authentic reviews from customers. Do yourself a favor and avoid the products from this website. There are better deals on much better quality sunglasses to be found online or at some of your local retail stores. In the survey I included with this review, consider that the rating of the cost of Sunglass Warehouse's products and services is relative to the inferior product they sell."
"I've bout a few pair of glasses from this place. Most of them break after a few months of use. I figured that wasn't a big deal since they were so cheap.
The last paid I bought broke after one day of use. I wrote a review on their site warning others, but they never posted it. All of the glasses show 4-5 star (out of 5) ratings from customers. Very dishonest."
