"I placed an order for sunglasses and paid an extra $28.75 (Outrageous) for USPS 3-4 day delivery. The order was delayed 2 days and then took 6 days to arrive. By this point I had left on vacation without sunglasses. I respectfully requested a refund of shipping charges and was told on 8/24 by owner Tarik Kamel that I would in fact receive a refund for these charges. I never received a refund nor any further response to any email I sent to him. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I cannot recommend this vendor any longer until this is resolved."
