So the e-mail I got said thank you for the payment, please let us know what you ordered so we can send you the item. Still haven't heard back and very disappointed. Buyers beware, stay away from this place!"
"Attempted to purchase a pair of sunglasses from this company. They sent them to the wrong address, then refused to send them to me or refund my purchase. I lost the money and didn't get the glasses. They were unresponsive most of the time and the few times they did respond, they didn't read my emails didn't take the time to try to solve the simple problem. Will never buy from here again."

"My experience with Sunglass Optic was amazing. I placed my order on 8/8. I received my order on 8/11. The company is located on the west coast.I requested for the item to be shipped to the east coast. Therefore, I paid an additional $10 for priority shipping. Prior to placing my order, I had questions about my measurements. This was the first time that I placed an order for prescription eyeglasses. I usually go to the chain eyeglass stores. I wanted a brand name frames without the high cost. So, I called Sunglass Optic and spoke to their Customer Service rep. He was extremely attentive and responsive to me. He provided me with enough answers that I was able to make an educated purchase. I placed my order for frames with prescription lens the total cost that included shipping was 60-70% less than the chain eyeglass stores and the stores on the web. Plus, I received incredible customer service from the company that was worth more than anything. They have a customer for life. I also recommended them to people that I know."
