"I wanted to try to order a few items to wear during the week of my upcoming wedding (for the wedding, rehearsal dinner, etc). Sundays Very Best had items to my personal clothing aesthetic, and at good prices, so I placed an online order for a sport coat and for some dress shoes.
The first problem was that they didn't actually have the sport coat in stock in my size, even though the pull down menu for the size listed my size. This means that they don't update their site in a timely manner to reflect what's in stock. After they tried to get me to change my order to a bunch of barely-similar sport coats they had in stock, they finally refunded that part of the order.
Anyhow, I said to keep the shoe order and then waited for an email confirmation of shipment, etc, anything. An entire week went by with no news and so I called them. They told me they had shipped the shoes earlier that same day. Fifteen minutes later I got an email saying my shoes had been shipped (implying a reality that they actually shipped the shoes only I after I called). Then, when the shoes came, they didn't fit my feet at all. Apparently the brand of shoe makes shoes about 2 sizes larger than normal. I ordered the size of shoe I always wear and these shoes would literally fall off of my feet if I wore them. I called immediately, maybe 20 minutes after I received the shoes to let the store know about the issue and that I needed to exchange the shoes for a smaller size. I hadn't even tried the shoes on. The lady on the phone, after hearing my issue, started saying something to herself about shoes not normally being returnable, and then she put some guy on the phone. This guy told me that shoes are non-returnable no matter what. There's nothing on their website that suggests that the brand of shoe I ordered is so much bigger than other brands' sizes. Shoe-size-matchup problems, I would think, would be a typical online ordering problem that these companies should be able to deal with. I was discussing the issue/frustration with this man and then he hung up on me! I called back and recognized his voice immediately, when he tried to act like he didn't remember talking to me (until I told him I recognize his voice). I told him that there's literally nothing I can do with the shoes: they are huge. But no matter what they wouldn't do anything about it.
One of these issues I would accept: listing things they don't have in stock, stubbornly trying to get me to buy something I didn't want instead of the thing I wanted but they don't have, not shipping an item for a week, or refusing to help someone with a completely unpredictable size problem...but not all three. And now I have clown shoes I can't do anything with that cost me $100! I'll never order from them again!

"Surfering the web for a dress for my wife, I led to Sundays Very Best. Unknown to me, because I did not enter through the front website, but the dress window, the items were final sale. Nothing identified that as being true. I continued and made the order; unaware. It came out of size and wrong item. Tried to return it and that is when it was brought to my attention that it was final sale. Also, that there was a 35% restock fee. I got ripped off bad. I would suggest that you check everything before you think about purchasing something from this company."
