"The case is not that bad but is poorly mass produced, so expect problems like not all the parts lining up, missing parts, etc.

The included hardware like the USB cards are total junk. The company does not offer nor do they honor any sort of warranty.

If you want a case and no support, buy from these guys.

"Low quality products, and not existing consumer service. I did try contact them via phone, fax, email - they never answered, and never got my mail in rebate from them. Finally after grinding Newegg for three months, Newegg submitted to me store credit. Newegg is great, Sumbeam are scammers.
If you send mail in rebate to Sunbeam make sure you have all documented !

"I purchased a Sunbeamtech computer power supply from Newegg that was offered with a $50.00 rebate. I mailed Sunbeamtech the UPC code, rebate form and invoice after copying them. I still don't have my rebate after 20 plus weeks. I've e-mailed them several times but get no response. Don't count on getting a rebate from them. I'm boycotting this company. "

"Newegg did their part on sending me the Transformer Black Steel case I bought in a more-than-timely manner. I had a $30 rebate offer within that time, and I quickly filled out the rebate, cut out the service tag, had the envelope postmarked, and I sent it to Sunbeam. I got absolutely no word from them for two months. I called them 5 times with no response, I sent three e-mails with no response, and I finally got a response when I posted a negative comment on their facebook page (where my words can be publicly seen). After another month of this trouble from Sunbeam (who sent me an e-mail saying that my mail was in their garbage mail box, and I still have this e-mail for evidence), they continue say that I needed to do this, this, and this, as I have already done. Send copies, fax the originals, etc. Finally, Newegg stepped up and gave me the $30 that Sunbeam never would. In the end, Sunbeam posted on their facebook page to everyone, "Should someone who doesn't follow the rules get a rebate?" My question is this: Should a consumer who followed the rules be denied the offered services?"

"Sunbeamtech does NOT honor rebates, I've sent in countless rebates and only had problems with a few and sunbeam is one of them. They rejected my rebate by claiming that I forged it. After reading some web forums I found out that I'm not the only person that had this problem. Only a few people got their checks, and some of them were hand written and already expired.

Communication with them was bad as well, it took them two weeks to respond to my first email. Stay away.

"I bought a 79.99 modular psu from this company. It broke after 7 months well thats ok has 2 year warranty so i send it in with a rma number. The one i bought was a modular 550wayy with a 36 amp 12 volt rail and a front fan controller. The one they sent me back was a 650 watt with 18 amps on the 12 volt rail which wont power my video cards. When i complained they lied about purchase date even though i had a recipt and said to bad we dont make that one anymore. This company broke 3 consumer protection laws and doesnt care about its customers"
