"If you want to find out more about Suite Supply, just look up Instawares, which Suite Supply seems to be owned and operated by (Perhaps they wanted to distance themselves from the label, "crook", that appears all too often in the negative reviews for Instawares). Too bad I didn't make the connection until after purchasing a set of glass bowls. Even though the website said that the bowls were to ship within 1-2 days, I didn't received any shipping info a four days later. I suspected that since the stock was so low, Suite Supply had oversold the bowl. I contacted them to try to get more info on the bowls. The first CSR said she would get back to me with the updated order status the next afternoon "at the latest". She didn't. The second said that my bowls were in stock, but she couldn't tell me when they'd be shipped out no matter how many times I asked. After waiting 2 weeks with no order update or any clear answers, I finally decided that it was best to get a refund for the purchase. When I requested the refund, the CSR told me that she couldn't grant the refund because it was a special order, that they were in the process of making the bowls as we speak and that they'd be shipped on March 1st. This contradicts the information that I was told by the second CSR who told me that the bowls were in the warehouse, and it contradicts the information on the website claiming that there are 7 bowls in stock.

Furthermore, nowhere on the web page does it say that the bowls are made when ordered, nor does it say it on the sites of the other retailers who sell the exact same item. And why would it say 1-2 buisness days for shipping if this was a custom made product? And finally, since when do general restaurant supply companies start custom making plain glass bowls? (The bowls are actually made by a company called Libbey). Clearly Suite Supply is lying to me, and I can't trust that I'll ever receive my order. I'll try a few more futile attempts to have them grant my refund, but I think I'll probably have to ask my credit card company to make a chargeback.
