"I ordered a pair of MBT Shuguli Men’s shoes sixe 11½ from SuesCloset in September for $139 plus $10 shipping. I have several other MBT men’s shoes for orthopedic needs. I received the shoes on the 19th of September and wore them four or five times and they hurt my feet. In late October I looked inside of them and found out that SuesCloset had sent me size 11. At the end of October, I emailed SuesCloset to ask them to send me the right size and indicated I would return the pair they had sent me. They indicated that since I had worn the shoes, they would not accept them as a return. Later, they offered me a $30 credit towards a future purchase. They did not acknowledge or apologize for their error and have refused any other resolution. "
