"To say my experience with Successories has been disappointing would be an understatement.

Not only was the wrong product sent to me twice, each delivery was beyond the date when the item was actually needed AND now I am paying to return Successories mistakes.

This is by far the worst experience I have had buying gifts for my employees AND I will not use them again!!"

"I found out at the last minute that I needed some sort of award for someone on my team at work; however, the meeting where it would be presented was in another state in just a few days. I ordered online and worked with their customer service representatives. They do offer a rush option for a fee but discovered they had the item I wanted in stock and so they waived the rush fee. Really, who does that?!! They could have made more money off of me but didn't! The item was delivered to the meeting as expected literally the next day. WOW!! Excellent customer service, products everything, so nice to do business with such a professional group of people! "
