"Ordered parts from these guys and they sent me the wrong item. received the wrong item on the 2nd of April 2021. Called the same day to notify of the situation and was put on hold while they figure the situation out with my lost part. Representative over the phone informs me that it seems that my order and another order has been switched and sent out accidently. I was told a replacement part was put in for me so and is expected to arrive after another week. I call back on the 9th of April to check status and was given no information. I call back on the 12 and was told the part is on its way and i should expect it on Monday. Today is the 19th and I call back to check status. Representative over the phone tells me that my order was delivered to my house on the 2nd and what is the problem. I explain the entire situation again and was shamed for not remembering the original representatives name so he can transfer me over to deal with this problem. WHY shame me for your mistakes and lies. It has been over 27 days and i still do not have my part. Todays representative named Luke told me today instead of placing a replacement order on the 2nd as they promised me it was placed on the 12th. So i was lied to about the replacement order in place and that it was on its way the whole time no order was in. Luke informed me that they were trying to locate the lost package instead of getting a replacement unit out to me. Which resulted in making me wait over 27 days for their mistake and lies.
