"I was helpfully directed to Sub Aquatic Camera by a person in the underwater photography department at Helix Camera (sorry I've forgotten their name). I had attempted to order two nicad battery packs (Cadnica 6KR-1700SCE)for a Sea & Sea YS300 Strobe (Underwater Photography Flash) that were listed on the Helix Website. Unfortunately (for Helix) they were not able to supply these.
Upon contacting Sub Aquatic Camera, Lisa informed that they would be able to supply custom built battery packs suitable for the YS300.
The price was very competitive with shipping by UPS ground across the US.
I've had the batteries now for about a week now and they perform admirably.
The custom battery packs are 7.2v - 1800mAh NiCads, shrink wrapped in plastic (very similar to the original, but slightly more power). The connecting wire has been spliced to what appears to be an original battery pack plug.
Overall I'm very happy with the service I received from Sub Aquatic Camera as well as my new battery packs."
