"Absolutely terrible. I ordered a stylus/pen late last year. They sent me a faulty item (the pen does not extend and the cartridge cannot be replaced). The build and material quality of the product was also extremely average. It took them two weeks to respond to my first email and an additional two to respond to the second - informing me that I was required to return the faulty item to them via post. These guys are terrible - take your business else ware!"
