"bought around $90 worth o fabric from them and was confused when i never received it only to find out they had canceled my order with no notice or refund. I messaged them about it with no reply at all and had to open a case with them through paypal which they still never responded to but left it to paypal to take the money back from them after they ran out of time to respond. I would not ever buy from them again and recommend no one else did as well. 0/10 worst customer service

(also note that their $75+ free shipping deal is totally useless if you buy certain kinds of fabric like fur, because they will not make the shipping free for that no matter how much you spend)"
