"Took an extremely long time to acknowledge my order, process and ship. A month to recieve the dvd. May have been an order error?? But no responses to my numerous emails were given until I actually contacted the film distributor and they put me in touch with the director. Very unhappy since I needed the dvd for a class project and could have ordered through another source if I would have known that these problems were going to happen."
