I'm living in Belgium and normally If I buy things via the Internet, I check the site-reviews. Yesterday I didn't do it; and I received a mail after ordering that they had to do a creditcard check first & that I would receive a confirmation mail after. Today I was waiting for the mail, but I didn't received anything. I started to look on the net, and I've found this internetsite with all of these reviews. I immediately called the Visa card company to ask if the amount was charged on my card; I had the luck that nobody charged anything and I've blocked my Visa right away! " My mistake was not checking the on-line reviews for Style.com. Had I done my homework, I would not have placed my order. Yes, their pricing was almost too good to be true, but their site was very professional and appeared authentic and in the rush of the holiday madness I did not take the time to do my normal due diligence. BAD MISTAKE! I ordered several Chanel purses for my daughters. My CC was charged immediately, but the purses never arrived, nor were my emails answered. I finally contacted VISA and their customer service rep was somehow able to get them on the phone via a conference call. I cancelled my order and was told that my CC would be reimbursed immediately. That was on Dec. 19th and my CC has not been credited and last week I got an email giving me a tracking number for the package. Out of curiosity, I followed the tracking # and saw the confirmation that the package had been delivered and signed for at an address in NYC. (I do not even live in that state!!!) The package had been sent from Shanghai, China. Obviously, StyleRunway.com is a totally fraudulent site. I've spent the time reporting them to the FBI and the VISA fraud departments - and I'm writing this review in hopes that others will be spared the time and the inconvience that these dishonest scammers have caused me. The ONLY good news that has come from this is that VISA has opened a dispute against them and I was told NOT to pay the charges until the dispute is settled. Thank you VISA!!!

Will not answer E-mails, will not answer phones, will not even give me a hint that they exist. I have been scammed and my Sis-in-Law and wife did not get the Jeans I promised them for Christmas. I am involved in Law Enforcement and Not only will I use every tool at my disposal, I am going to call in EVERY favor that I have ever been owed to locate and PROSECUTE these thieves. There are lots of Credit Card Companies and Banking establishments that know who cashed the big checks as a result of charging loads of credit cards, they can run but they can NOT hide as I am going to help get them for ruining my Christmas!"
