Stupid.com disappointing

"Placed an order. Nothing occurred. Attempted to contact company multiple times by phone with no success. Emailed several times. No response until December 20. Now multiple items I ordered are not available. Sad customer service and business practices.
Very disappointing.

"Ordered a Chanukah ugly sweater. Two of them. they sent me clip on pins. It was an "instant ugly sweater". Now normally, you would think this was a mistake as a customer, but I specifically called in to ask what their deals were and they recommended me those chanukah "sweaters". I even paid $20 to have it two day shipped in time for a party. Huge waste of money. Do NOT use. "

"I was skeptical about ordering after reading some of the reviews but figured I'd roll the dice and try the company. I ordered my items on 12/4 and received them on 12/10, all items were as shown online, nothing disappointed me except for the size of the Emergency Underwear, I thought it would be bigger packaging but that's my fault for not reading the dimensions. I would order from this company again and look forward to seeing the expression on my secret Santa's face when they open the gag gifts."

"DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY - they are horrible when it comes to reutrns. I bought some stuff that we decided we didn't want. We packed it up and sent it back for retrun based on their policy. I got emails saying they would refund and nothing, Then I queried again and they said tehy can't refund the credit card they have to send a check. It has bee over 4 months and I still have no response. They keep telling when I call that theyhave to talk to the main office in California - but then no response - STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND CHECK...."

"I placed an order with stupid.com because they offered free 2 day shipping if your order was over $75. I placed the order on Sunday the 21st, needing to get by Wednesday for XMas...I noticed late Monday my order had not shipped yet. I alerted them to this and this was their response :

I understand sometimes ****, but perhaps they should of offered to pay the shipping back to them...maybe I am asking too much. Also, one of the items I received didn't work. I will not be ordering again from them, mainly because I was a repeat customer, and I feel like they kind of gave me the finger.....

"This is stupid. Ordered a chicken on the 4th of December. As the holidays rolled around, no chicken. Emailed them with no response. I guess they don't care. They will have to work hard to repair my relations with them. At the moment my official statement is avoid."

"I ordered several items with no delivery after a few days and got a little scared after reading the other reviews on non-responsiveness. However my email inquiries were answered promptly by Bob, and it turned out a computer error from Paypal had messed up the order. He retook my order by phone and expidited delivery. Very corteous - very responsive. I'm very happy! Youve gotta try the Trailer Trash Talking Doll! and the Shocking Tanks!"

"ordered mr. t in your pocket and a super ball from them and they only have 1 shipping method that takes about 2 weeks to get to said person. Well after 3 weeks i was worried emailed them them said they were backed up from christmas, i can live with that. then a month passes and i emailed them again and they resent one because mine must have gotten lost in the mail. well i received my items today and i am very happy with them.

i think someone in my apartment building is stealing all of the things we order online from us and our magazines so this mishap might not have been their fault.

"Item was charged to my credit card long before it shipped. All of my email inquieries went unanswered. I finally got the item after I threatened to dispute the charge on my credit card. I still never got a reply to my emails. The item just showed up a couple of days later."
