"I have had 4 different bikes since 2003 and my wife 3. Each bike we have had chromed pretty much from end to end wheels and all. We have never once had any issue other than I had spilled something on my bike and it ate away at the finish of my caliper. I called and even though it was my fault they still worked with me to replace it. Our bikes look great. As long as they are in business they have us for customers. I have referred many friends to have their work done and I have never had anything but positive input from all. A big thanks and a big thumbs up!"

"Buyer Beware!
Ordered a raked front end and never got a confirmation on shipping. Even after calling and asking for electronic documentation, still nothing. Was told the original estimated ship date would be 60 days....it took over 5 months to get all my parts and that wasnt untill agter filing a complaint with the BBB and forcing the Merchant to send some parts, which were bought from other Merchants. Ill never deal with Stumpwerx or Phat Parts Outlet (same guy) ever again. Worst experience ever....
