"I ordered two small Garmin accessories. Price was unbeatable. One was out of stock, so that added to the time, but was of no meaning or impact to me. Stuff arrived when I expected, and I think the actual shipping time was two days instead a longer expected time."

"Unfortunately, my experience is like many of the above where I ordered an item the web site clearly stated the item would ship USPS Parcel Post in 4-7 business days. After placing the order I got an email that said the item was out of stock and would ship in 6-10 business days. The order was placed on 11/19/10 and as of 12/21/10 I have still not received the item. Steer clear of Stuff4Toys!"

"Ordered a KENWOOD KCA-XM100V XM INTERFACE ADAPTER on 18 October and the statement "Ships from NJ in 6 to 10 Days" was on the confirmation. Received an update on the item on 4 November that had the following statements "WE HAVE REQUESTED EXPEDITED INFORMATION" "Ships from NJ in 6 to 10 Days". On 9 November I received an email stating the item was no longer available and received a refund that same day. Not very good follow-up on the orders in their system, but they promptly refunded the money once the follow-up was done and the order cancelled by Stuff4Toys.

"ordered an in stock item by web description, paid for 2 day delivery. after 2 days recieved e mail stating it will ship directly for distributor in NJ in 6-10 days. called after 10 days and was told item coming from distributor to them then they will ship. they say they cant call the dist. to check status, whenever it arrives at their door they will ship to me!.
when i asked why they cant call the dist. they stated "if we have to spend that much time with a customer we couldnt do anything else"
yet they had no problem taking immediete payment and extra shipping charge to get it to me fast.
went to west marine today showed them stuff4toys price, they beat by 10% and it should be in in 2 days!!! should have done that the first place. stuff for toys just a reseller, you order, they buy elsewhere and ship to you, do little extra homework and buy from where they do!

"FAAAAST is all I can say. Ordered new Stainless Steel Cam Cleats on Monday and choose Parcel Post because it was the cheapest shipping. They upgraded the shipping to Priority Mail (no extra charge) and they were here on Wednesday.

"I have placed two orders from stuff4toys.com. The first order was placed on a Friday and was shipped on Monday. I received my items in perfect, new condition. My second order was one month later and included one of the same items I had previously ordered along with two other items. Unfortunately, all three of those items were "no longer available," my order was canceled and my money was refunded a week later.

My ordering experience was fine the first time, but it would have been much more helpful if the web site had been up to date on the out-of-stock items. I can understand perhaps one item not being correct, but three different items indicates a problem.

"I ordered a BUSHNELL TOUR V2 RANGEFINDER WITH PINSEEKER from Stuff4Toys and had a great experience. Customer service was polite and informative and they kept in regular contact while I waited for my back ordered product.

The Rangefinder was delivered brand new and in great physical condition.

I cannot say enough about how Stuff4Toys handled my order. Thanks Guys.
