"I purchased a "one time" activation for Strong VPN, but they billed my paypal again the next month. When I went to their website, there were 2 options; Sign up for monthly service for $4.95, or a "One time purchase" for $10. I chose the one time. The service was only fair. Google came up with Arabic fonts, and a link to English. Instructions for signing on were faulty, and using service required the download of an app. While using the service, I often had to wait for buffering. I had gone to research which VPN service would be best and saw StrongVPN recommended by "How To Geek". I won't be trusting them anymore either."
