"As far as I can tell their products are really good.My experience was this: I ordered an item that was on sale and received a call the next day saying that the item I ordered wasn't available but a similar but more expensive item was available. The price on the more expensive item was still reasonable. After I asked several times they did take $5 off the price but it seems a like 'scammy'. Their shipping charges are unusually high as well."
