"I ordered two types of fish food on 11/24/10 (the day before Thanksgiving). It shipped 12/1/10 with the reseller apologizing, and I received them on 12/6/10. My opinion is that this is a small reseller with no phone number or tracking service for your order. They only have an email address to communicate, right now. "
