"I ordered 17 headbands for my child's soccer team. They all turned out great except for one. On one, the name was spelled incorrectly. I have attempted to contact Stretchheadbands.com to find out their replacement policy and no one will respond to my contact request and call me back. I also left my email and no one has emailed me either.
So now I have a headband that doesn't have the correct name and I am very hesitant to order a new one. And yet, one of the players doesn't have a headband.
I want them to fix their mistake. "
