"Please read to the end. When I received the product I immediately went in the dark and shined a light to it but could not see the reflection of it as its supposed to. I was disappointed and put a claim for a refund in PayPal. My claim was denied. Then to my surprise, the seller reached out to by email and asked me if I read his response in PayPal. But for some reason PayPal didn't show the seller response. In the email the seller, Bill, explained how the product work with detailed steps. I followed his instructions and "wallah" it worked. Excellent product. But even greater customer service. Bill didn't have to reach out to me, the claim was in his favor; but he takes pride in his product and reached out to me anyway. I will share his website on my social media without hesitation. Thanks Bill!"

The Sailing Season is slowly coming to a close and Long Island Maritime Ministries (LIM2) has been getting an amazing amount of visibility on Long Island, NY waters, both on the Northport / Huntington Bay waters on the North Shore and the Great South Bay on the South Shore . . . as well as whenever on the road loaded on the Trailer - thanks to a great part due to your visually impactful signage on my flagship's quarters.

"Genesis", along with your gift of the 3D crosses has taken away any confusion as to reference to our purposeful sailing retreats (vs. the good ol' rock band we know of Phil Collins. . . .your musical talents are to be touted as well!) The story of how I came to your company, StreetGlo.com and the reason for enhanced safety as the driver behind the order for reflective materials has been told widely, . . actually, not so much for the function, but ever more so for your outstanding service, technical support and backing of the product!

Furthermore, your inclusion of the two wonderful Crosses was a total surprise to me, and certainly NOT considered in the original design concept. However, upon cleaning off the old boat name and preparing the surface for its new, (and being at first VERY discouraged at the damaged original tape striping - a formerly continuous bold line torn from prior dock damage), I found with playful juxtaposition that the Cross, when placed strategically, became an integral element in the eventual design application - with the stripe void filled perfectly with the Cross! (I ended up removing an identical portion of stripe off the starboard side to make room for the Cross and match the design!)

Pls see attached pics, and feel free to use my testimony and port/stbd pics on your site. Many people have comfortably approached us, perhaps with questions on the Ministry, however, as many already asked where I got my signage! (no problem telling them the great story, and of your sincere customer satisfaction concern, "right-on" knowledge and personally delivered hot tips !) Thanks again for all your help Bill.
