"StretbeatCustoms.com in MN is a nightmare. They have a "F" rating with the BBB. They have hundreds (No exaggeration) of complaints on line and their customer service does not care on bit regardless of your situation. All they want is your money. After that, good luck! I bought a strettbeatcustoms ragtop for my 57 VVW. First, i was told that it would be two to three weeks even though their website states 4-6 weeks. A month after I placed the order, I called CS and inquired about the status of my order and he stated it takes 4-6 weeks and he could not or would not provide me a stsus of the order. I got home that eveing and the ragtop was sitting on my porch. The ragtop was installed by Rocky Mountain Motorworks and one day after the installation, the latch broke. When I called over a week ago, SBC stated that they were working with the manufacturer to "come up with a solution and that they would call me when they did. The ragtop, even when the latch was working, fits like crap. Don't do business with these people, you will regret it. "
